Brownie Muffins

These are the ultimate brownie, moist, dense, and fudgy. And they’re easy to grab and go! These brownies will satisfy the chocoholic in you, and they’re easy to make!

  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  1. Line a muffin cup with 12 papers, set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate chip and butter together, stir until smooth.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa, and salt.
  4. On high speed, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Switch to low speed and add chocolate and butter.
  5. Fold in flour mixture with a spatula, divide among muffin cups and sprinkle on some extra chips. Bake for 13 to 16 minutes, cool on wire rack.
