Halloween is right around the corner (well, not really – but it doesn’t hurt to be prepared) so I’ve designed two treat bag toppers. They’re perfect favors for a Halloween or school party. It’s easy –just download the PDF, print it out on cardstock, cut them out, fold in half, and staple or use double sided tape to attach them to a Ziploc bag. You can use the sandwich or snack size bags with the toppers. Wax lips for everyone!!!!
