Some gals like Godiva on Valentine’s Day, my personal peccadilloes are the heart shaped boxes of chocolates with the plastic flowers and pâté! It’s my once a year indulgence – spread over really good bread, and topped with cornichons. It’s ridiculously simple to make, the hardest part is waiting for it to firm up in the fridge!
