Oh, right in the nose…
He was a controversial Mayor, and back in the news since a councilwoman called for a statue of him to be removed. The statue has been there for 20 years, and suddenly it’s an issue – as if there aren’t more important things in this town to be addressed. So the mural was vandalized. It’s been repaired, but I have the feeling that it will be damaged again soon. Love Rizzo or hate him – no one has a right to vandalize someone else’s artwork.
