It happens every year – I completely forget about Pi Day until I begin seeing everyone’s luscious pies online. This year was no different, but I was determined to whip up something quick to celebrate the day. I went retro – a graham cracker crust, a large box of Jello Banana Pudding, 3 large bananas, and a can of Redi-Whip. This no-bake banana cream pie would make Betty Crocker, circa 1959 proud!
