On Sunday, our dear friend Tony celebrated another trip around the sun. So it was off to the market to purchase some berries, kiwi, and mango to make this fruit tart.
I blind baked the crust, brushed it with melted chocolate, and filled it with a sweetened cream cheese filling. The original recipe called for strawberries, but I like using various fruits for color and flavor. Full recipe here.
