14 Years

As I’ve said before, on holidays, anniversaries and birthdays, Tina and I exchange cards we’ve made ourselves. They are usually based on either current obsessions or bizarre “had-to-be-there” jokes.

Tina’s card to me had to do with an episode of a reality TV show about addictions that we were both glued to for no good reason. When the star of one particular episode who was addicted to pain killers and gambling declared that  she felt like “the prettiest girl in the bingo hall,” we knew we were witnessing a special moment in television history. That’s all Tina needed, and that’s why her card to me has a bingo theme.

I had jury duty today so the theme of my card is obvious. On the inside it reads “GUILTY of Loving You!” Awwwwww – how sweet!

Now in order to torment myself and all of my readers, I am embedding the video below. It’s been running through my head all day!

Happy anniversary, kids. Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.

(Wow, that doesn’t leave much, does it?)

  2. Joe Williams says:

What I did was jury duty. I didn’t get selected so I guess it all worked out for the best.
