These gorgeous Dahlias were given to me by our lovely neighbors from their garden. The husband is a painter, who grows them to use in his paintings.

Chrysanthemum
In Victorian times, the chrysanthemum represented honesty and truth. In Japan, it’s a symbol of the Emperor and the Imperial family. Buddhists use them as offerings because of their powerful Yang energy. I love them for their texture! SaveSave
