Strawberry Sour Cream Pie

Now that strawberries are in season, it’s pie time! This is an easy to throw together recipe, and it’s delish!

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound strawberries, sliced
  • single prepared pie crust
  1. Preheat oven to 450º.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and sour cream until creamy.
  3. Fold in strawberries. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, lower temperature to 350º and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
