Now that strawberries are in season, it’s pie time! This is an easy to throw together recipe, and it’s delish!
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pound strawberries, sliced
- single prepared pie crust
- Preheat oven to 450º.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and sour cream until creamy.
- Fold in strawberries. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, lower temperature to 350º and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
