Apple Fritter Coffee Cake
This is a little something I baked on Sunday to go with our afternoon coffee. It’s cake, with chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a vanilla glaze – it was easy to throw together, and delicious!

Apple Pear Pie
We received a gift basket for Christmas with some gorgeous pears, and I used some of them, along with a few apples to make this pie. Although we were too stuffed after dinner, we managed to have a slice on … Continue reading
Orange Slice & Bake Cookies
Another cookie to add to my cookie tray – there’s something wonderful about the combination of orange and chocolate, and these do not disappoint!
