Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
It’s that time of year again, when I’m lucky enough to find rhubarb on 9th Street, and all is right with the world. This is my favorite pie!

Rhubarb Syrup
I made a rhubarb pie, cut up enough to freeze for a future pie, and made syrup! I used one part syrup to five parts seltzer, although it would be good in lemonade or with champagne. Recipe under the cut.

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
On my Saturday morning excursion to the Italian Market, I saw that one of the vendors had rhubarb. I loaded up and grabbed few pints of strawberries – it’s pie time!!!
