Classic Chocolate Cake
9 Not the prettiest photo, but a damn good chocolate cake. Made with buttermilk, and coffee and frosted with a melted semi-sweet chocolate and sour cream icing – it’s a winner!
French Apple Cake
I’ve never met an apple cake I didn’t like. The sweet chunks of apple negates the need for frosting, just a light sprinkling of confectioners sugar will do the trick – hello October!
